The hotel rooms were clean but small and had a slight cigarette smoke smell. The staff was very helpful and friendly, offering currency exchange and assistance with queries. The location was excellent, walking distance to the night market and Hoan Kiem Lake. The dining experience featured a good spread of fruits, breads, and beef soup. However, the rooms were much smaller compared to our previous stay after a cruise. The price offered good value for the money.
